Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Janela Bay! We know you're excited to get your new suit, and we're working hard to get it to you as quickly as possible!

Most orders are shipped from the Janela Bay Fulfillment Center in Washington, UT. Our warehouse address is:

3234 E Plant Drive, Washington, UT, 84780

At 9:00 am MST each day the Janela Bay Warehouse Manager prints all of the orders from that morning and the previous day. Those orders all ship by 3:00 pm when USPS comes for the daily pickup.

*If there are any items that are in stock at the warehouse, then the item will be shipped from a Janela Bay retail store.

*If an item is in stock at the warehouse and all of our retails stores then we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund.

Daily Shipping Routine:

 Monday

Tuesday - Thursday

Friday
On Mondays we ship all order from the previous Friday afternoon - Monday 9:00am MST. Each day, Tuesday - Thursday, we ship the orders from 9:00am that day and any orders from the previous day. On Fridays we try to ship all orders that come in before 11:00 am MST and any orders from the previous day. 

 

Holidays & Weekends

We do not ship online orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Shipping in the United States

We offer two USPS shipping rates within the United States:

  • Ground Advantage: Least expensive shipping option, good for shipments less than 1 pound. Typically arrives within 2-7 business days.
  • Priority: All orders over 1 pound must be shipped Priority. If your item(s) are less than one pound, then you can also pay more for priority shipping and you package may arrive a few days sooner. Typically arrives in 2-5 business days.

We also offer to ship UPS 5 day ground as an alternative shipping option:

    Shipping to Canada

    We do offer two shipping rates for Canada. Please note that your purchase may be subject to duties, import taxes or customs fees, etc. These fees are determined by customs officials. Janela Bay is not responsible for those fees.

     

    • First Class Package International: Estimated Delivery 2-4 Weeks
    • Priority Mail International: Estimated Delivery 7-12 business days
    *These delivery times are estimates and could take longer if an item is delayed in customs.
