Thank you for shopping with Janela Bay! We know that not every item works out and we are happy to help you initiate a return or exchange if you need assistance.
Online Purchases:
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
- Items purchased online may also be returned to anyJanela Bay Location within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Printed or digital receipt must be presented for an in-store refund
- Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and unused
- Original hang tags, strings, and hygienic liners must be in place
In Store Purchases:
- Items purchased in-store can returned to any Janela Bay location within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and unused
- Original tags, strings, and hygienic liners must be in place
- Printed or digital receipt must be presented for a refund
Holiday Return Extension:
- Items purchased between Thanksgiving Day and December 11th each year may be returned for a full refund as late as January 8th of the following year.
- Items purchased between December 12th and December 24th follow the regular 30 day return period.
Refund Method:
- The refund will be returned in the same method as payment was received.
- Credit card refunds can take up to 10 days to process.
- Debit card refunds are typically received in 2-5 days.
Gift Cards:
Please Note:
- Any free promotional items not returned with the purchased items will be deducted from the refund amount, as the promotion was based on the full purchase being returned. If you’d like to return the free item, we’d be happy to process the full refund accordingly.
- Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded. If we receive an item asking for a refund that doesn’t meet these requirements it will be returned to sender.
Return Labels:
- Return requests < 1 lbs will be issuedimmediately.
- Some returns > 1 lbs may need approval from a customer service representative. If this is the case, return requests are typically approved within 1 business day.
- If a return request is submitted past the 30 day return window then the request will be denied.
- If you request a return shipping label from Janela Bay then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- You may also pay for return shipping yourself (See steps Below).
- If you select to exchange your item(s), then a return label will be issued free of charge (excluding international orders).
- International return postage is not available and buyer will be responsible for all associated costs.
Shipping Fees
- We do not refund shipping fees.
Return Shipping Fees
- USPS First Class Labels (Less than 1 lbs): There will be a $5 fee withheld from the refund when we issue a first class label.
- USPS Priority Mail Label (Greater than 1 lbs): There will be a $10.00 fee withheld from the refund when we issue a USPS Priority Mail label.

If you are not using a return label provided by us, ship your item(s) to:

- Name
- Order number
- Email
- Phone number
- Then tell us which item(s) you'd like a refund for and which item(s) you'd like to exchange. (You can check availability on our website to make sure the item(s) you want is in stock).
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Janela Bay is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the mailing process. Please keep your receipt with the tracking number in case your package is lost or stolen so that we can work to recover it.
